Mid year Estimates

The ONS have just published their reconciliation of the mid year estimates with the 2021 census for Local Authorities in England and Wales showing 89% of LA’s were within +/- 5%! Is that good enough? Probably not for at least some of the 11% not within estimates (Coventry?, Cambridge?).
